Duetto Pizza Oven


It cooks both with naked flames and refractory bricks. A small amount of wood is required to rapidly reach the ideal cooking temperature.

The fire started up in the bottom oven, called "Fiamma", is designed for direct cooking. The cooking surface of the top oven, called "Mattone", heats up rapidly with refractory bricks placed above the flames of the bottom chamber.The Fiamma oven is studied for baking crisp pizzas, vegetables, meats and dishes that need direct cooking. The Mattone oven based on heat released by refractory bricks makes bread, cakes and other dishes that need indirect cooking.

Duetto, the wood-fired oven for bread, maintains warmth for a long time. Hence, you can go on cooking even with the fire switched off. The glass ceramic doors are designed to supervise the progress of cooking at a glance, without having to open the door, thus maintaining constant internal temperature. Duetto is designed for two types of traditional cooking methods; hence an array of different dishes, a table enhanced by fragrant scents and surrounded by bright smiles. Duetto.


Duetto is made of stainless steel and powder coated elements that are resistant to high temperatures. The bottom cooking surface is made of interchangeable refractory tiles distributed in 2 layers, each 3 cm thick. The top cooking surface contains interchangeable refractory tiles distributed in 3 layers, each 3 cm thick.

The refractory tiles store heat and convey it from the bottom upwards to food for cooking. The Mattone oven is fitted with a sliding and removable stainless steel floor that makes it easy to place dishes in the oven. The stainless steel dome is studied to reach high temperatures while consuming very little wood. Ceramic fibre insulation ensures long-lasting warmth inside the oven. Duetto, oven designed to make pizza and bread at home, is fitted with a pyrometer to check combustion chamber temperature at a glance.

The doors are fitted with ergonomic wooden handles to adjust the opening and manage the draught inside the oven. The door of the Fiamma oven has a stainless steel knob to adjust the opening for optimal management of both draught and internal temperature. The 4 built-in castors have been inserted for easy handling of the oven. Hence, you can move and station it wherever you wish. The Duetto oven is delivered to your home ready for use. You merely have to insert the flue.
